NOMAD Warranty Information

          Recharge Our World warrants this product to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty shall be void if the NOMAD has been damaged by negligence, accident, mishandling, or use in a manner other than as described in the manual, or if the NOMAD has been altered or repaired anywhere other than an authorized Recharge Our World repair facility. No other warranty, expressed or implied, applies to the NOMAD, nor is any person or company authorized to assume any other warranty for Recharge Our World. Recharge Our World does not assume any responsibility for any consequential damages occasioned by this product. Should the product prove defective, contact Recharge Our World at  (800) 889-6940  for a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

          Email a copy of your proof of purchase, the RA# and a short description of the problem to Recharge Our World via our website www.rechargeourworld.com to receive instructions on forwarding your NOMAD for repair or replacement. Determination of the appropriate action to be taken shall be at Recharge Our World’s sole discretion.
